FAQ - Questions & Answers

Can I customize the stone with an initial?
Yes, there are two techniques to do this: by laser or by hand. Customization with letters, signs or numbers is only feasible on the Belgian Soignies gray stone.

Is engraving feasible on all stones?
Laser engraving is only possible on the black slate stone. The customer can send a vector file with the symbol to be engraved. The designer reserves the right to stylize it in line with the Aystone lines and philosophy.

Can I request a particular shape?
Yes, just send an email specifying the details of the idea to be implemented to info@aystone.com

Can I only buy the belt without the buckle?
Yes, by email specifying color and width (20mm, 35mm, 50mm). The following colors are always available: black, dark brown. For the others (green, red, burgundy, blue) we recommend making a request via email to info@aystone.com

Can I buy only one buckle?

Yes, the Aystone buckles match the Aystone belts thanks to a clip system specially designed by the artist. It is therefore possible to request only the buckle via email (for customers already in possession of an Aystone belt) indicating the complete name of the model. At that point we will send the direct link to proceed with the purchase from the website www.aystone.com

Can I match bow tie, buckle and bracelet?
Yes, it is possible to do so and if they are not available in the online shop, just request them.

Are Aystone stones under warranty?
The binding systems are guaranteed for 5 years. In case of breakage of the buckle or of small parts related to it, send an email attaching a photo of the damaged part, to info@aystone.com. The designer will assess the extent of the damage and in that case also the repair costs, where feasible.

Is the package insured?
Yes, all shipments are insured. What to do if the package is not received? If 10 working days have already passed from the estimated delivery date and the package has not yet been delivered, send an email to info@aystone.com. At that point, the necessary checks will be carried out. If the courier confirms delivery but the package has not been received, Aystone will not be refunded. In the event that the courier has lost the package, Aystone will arrange for another shipment.
